Return Policy

We want you to love your Couchmode hoodie. If you don't, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email us at getcouchmode@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1 business day with the return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before you hear from us.

Eligibility

• The request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
• The hoodie must be unused and unwashed, in its original condition and packaging.
• Packs: you can return individual hoodies or the whole pack. If you keep part of a pack, the refund is based on the price paid for the hoodies you return, and the pack discount is recalculated for the hoodies you keep.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless your item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. In that case, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

For a different color, email us and we'll help you with an exchange or a new order.
