These terms apply to your use of this website and your purchases from GetCouchMode ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, a stock issue or suspected fraud, and we will refund any payment taken. The colors you choose for each hoodie are part of your order, so please check them before checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your card details.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Product information

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on different screens. Hoodies are made as one-size, oversized garments.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the name, logo, text and images, belongs to GetCouchMode and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and applicable consumer protection laws of your state continue to apply.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order.
