Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $15 per order.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from the order date, for both the United States and Canada. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. During busy periods, such as the holiday season, delivery may take longer.

Customs and duties (Canada)

Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the carrier or customs authority. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to show updates after the label is created.

Multiple hoodies

Orders with more than one hoodie may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each package.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away at getcouchmode@gmail.com. We can't guarantee changes after an order has shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days, email us and we'll investigate and make it right.
